I hope you're all doing well!
Ok so this one is short and sweet. So below is a table I came across and thought it would be useful for you guys. It details different skin types and what acids are good for them. I, as always, have recommended products for you with discount codes. also these are questions you should incorporate in your consultations with your client (we go through all of this in our skin care courses)
So before you go and rush and Googling products to buy, there are a few things that you should know before hand. Now this table is very good but there WILL be some contraindications (things that will stop you using them). Some obvious ones being:
are you already using products with acids in if so check if anything contradicts
do you truly know your skin type?
are you on any medication that will stop you using certain ingredients. If you're not sure please check with your doctor or consultant before using anything. I know there are a LOT of antibiotics where you can't use topical products.
So please please check, the last thing I want it for you to damage yourself.
